Welcome to Precious Paws Pet Parlour & Store. By booking our grooming services or purchasing products, you agree to the terms outlined below. These ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for both pets and their owners.

2. Grooming & Parlour Services

  • Appointments: Bookings are required to secure your slot. Walk-ins are accepted when and if possible.
  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments may incur a fee.
  • Pet Health: Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral concerns before the appointment.
  • Safety: Our groomers prioritize your pet’s comfort and safety. If a pet becomes distressed or aggressive, we may pause or stop the session for their wellbeing.
  • Results: Grooming outcomes may vary depending on coat condition, breed, and temperament. We’ll always do our best to meet your expectations.

3. Store & Products

  • Returns & Refunds: Unopened items may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Opened food or grooming products cannot be returned unless defective. Although we do have a 100% money back guarantee on certain brands.
  • Product Availability: We strive to keep stock updated, but availability may vary.
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Delivery & Collection: Online orders can be delivered or collected in-store. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

  • Precious Paws is not liable for health issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions or behavioral concerns.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their pets.
  • While we take every precaution, minor risks (such as small nicks during grooming) may occur.
