At Precious Paws, we roll out the full spa menu; bathing, clipping, styling, nail trims, ear cleaning, and coat brushing. Need something extra? We’ve got tick/flea shampoo and soothing medicated baths too.
How long does a grooming session take?
Most sessions run between 1.5 to 3 hours. It all depends on your pet’s size, coat, and chosen treatments. We’ll give you a clearer estimate when you book, because every pet deserves its own pace.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Booking ahead is the best way to guarantee your pet’s pamper session. Walk-ins are welcome when we can fit them in, but appointments ensures your slot to avoid dissappoinment.
What products do you use during grooming? Are they safe for sensitive pets?
We only use gentle shampoos and conditioners. Sensitive skin? No problem, we’ll tailor products to keep coats shiny and pets comfy.
Can you groom all breeds and sizes of dogs/cats?
From tiny kittens to giant fluffballs, we welcome every breed and size. Our team is trained to handle all coats and personalities.

Where are you located and what are your opening hours?
You’ll find us in Sedgefield, Western Cape. We’re open Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, Saturdays 8am-1pm, Sundays 9am-1pm (Pet Store only), we are ready to welcome happy pets and their paw-parents.
