🐾 Precious Paws Refund Policy

At Precious Paws, we want every pet parent to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle refunds and returns:

🛍️ Store Products

  • Unopened items: You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
  • Opened items: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food or grooming products cannot be returned unless they are defective. 100% money back on pet food which do not meet quality guarantees.
  • Defective or damaged items: If a product is faulty or arrives damaged, we’ll happily replace it or issue a refund.

🐾 Grooming & Parlour Services

  • Cancellations: Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can try to fill your slot.
  • Service concerns: If you’re unhappy with a grooming service, let us know within 24 hours, we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • Bring your receipt or order confirmation.
  • Contact us by phone, email, or in-store.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
