At Precious Paws, we want to make getting your pet’s essentials as easy and affordable as possible. Here’s how our delivery works:

1.  Delivery

 

📍 Local Delivery

  • Free delivery on all orders in Sedgefield, Western Cape (limited time only).
  • Orders delivered outside of Sedgefield and nationwide are subject to a minimal delivery fee.

đź’° Delivery Fees

  • Orders under 15kg: R119 delivery fee.
  • Orders over 15kg: Delivery will be quoted individually.

📦 Courier Service and Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched within one working day after payment confirmation.
  • All order are shipped via trusted courier partners.
  • Orders are shipped only on business days.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the following working day.
  • We do not charge any handling fees, just the courier’s delivery cost.

⏱️ Delivery Times

  • Local deliveries are usually completed within 1–3 business days.
  • Nationwide deliveries may take 3–7 business days, depending on location.

 

2. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • We partner with leading courier companies to ensure reliable and fast delivery.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email and WhatsApp message with a link to track your package.
  • Customers can use the courier’s website to check delivery updates.

 

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
We do not currently ship internationally.

 

4. Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or absence at the delivery location, the courier may attempt redelivery. If redelivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
